We get it—sometimes the fit isn’t quite right or the vibe is different than you expected. At KAGAshirt, we want you to feel amazing in what you wear. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
30 Days to Decide
Take your time! You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to decide if it’s a keeper.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, we just ask that your items are:
Unworn and unwashed (trying it on is totally fine!).
In the same condition you received them.
Kept in their original packaging if possible.
How it works:
Drop us a line: Shoot an email to our friendly support team at [Your Email Address] with your order number.
Ship it back: We’ll send you the instructions on where to send your package.
Get Refunded: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs
If we made a mistake: (Received a wrong size or a damaged item?) We’ll cover the return shipping costs. We’re so sorry about that!
Change of mind: For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping postage.
A Quick Note on “Final Sale”
Items purchased during major clearance events (like our Warehouse Sales) are final sale and cannot be returned, but don’t worry—we’ll always clearly mark these on the product page!
